Labour Consulting Group cc (LCG) is a Industrial Relations and Human Resources advisory practice, specialising in all labour law, human resource and industrial relations fields.

Founded in 2004, the LCG team has almost two decades of experience assisting Namibian business owners in all areas of the Namibian Labour Relations fields. Our team assists over 200 small, medium and large Namibian Employers with all their day-to-day and specialist Industrial Relations needs - with a number of different membership and consultation options to suit every Employer's specific needs and budget.
